Privacy Notice
Last updated 18 October 2026
This notice describes what the Institute for Strategic Agility™ collects through this website, why we collect it, who can see it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry through one of our contact pathways, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the pathway you choose, that may include your name, job title, organization, email address, telephone number, the nature of your project or opportunity, a submission deadline, the type and approximate size of your organization, indicative budget and timing, and a description of the challenge you are facing.
If you book a conversation, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. We receive the booking details you provide there, including your name, email address, and the time you selected.
Screening and research responses
The I³ Snapshot™ is a free, self-reported screening. Your answers are submitted to ISA, scored against ISA's internal framework, and returned to you immediately. Snapshot results are not published.
If you take part in the Institutional Intelligence Study, your responses are collected for research. Participation is voluntary, and any identifying details are held separately from the analysis. We publish findings in aggregate or in anonymized form. Where a response might be attributed to you or your organization, we will ask for your written permission first.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, which pages are visited, and whether our pages are reaching the right people. We do not send names, email addresses, organization names, free-text responses, or individual assessment answers to Google Analytics. Analytics is not active on our internal and client-facing pages.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person at ISA.
- To prepare for a conversation, assessment, or engagement you have asked about.
- To deliver the screening, report, or service you requested.
- To keep an internal record of our correspondence and engagements.
- To meet legal, contractual, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who can access it
Inquiry, assessment, and study records are stored in ISA's application database and are accessible only to authorized ISA administrators. They are not visible to other site visitors, and they are not publicly indexed.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of providers to operate this site: Base44 hosts the application and its database, Cal.com handles scheduling, and Google Analytics measures site traffic. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and engagement records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Research responses are kept for the duration of the study and its publication. When information is no longer needed, we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw from the study or from further contact at any time. Send your request to hello@isafirm.com and we will respond within 30 days.
