Institute for Strategic Agility™

When the decisions are complex, the counsel should be clear.

Independent executive advisory, organizational consulting, and leadership development for people and organizations navigating consequential decisions, complexity, and change.

When ISA Is Brought In

Start with the situation you recognize.

Most engagements begin with one of these situations, not with a request for a service.

01

A strategic plan that has stalled

The plan was adopted. What is missing is sequence, ownership, and the operating discipline to carry it past the launch.

02

An executive team that is not aligned

Leaders agree in the room and leave with different understandings of what was decided, and the organization acts on all of them.

03

A restructuring that has not delivered

The structure changed. Decision rights, handoffs, and accountability did not, so the old workarounds simply moved.

04

A leadership transition

A new executive, a departure, or several retirements at once, and the institution is running on inherited habits and unfinished decisions.

05

Funding and service pressures

Revenue is flat or falling while demand and obligation rise, and every option is being defended by someone with a good reason.

04 · What Working Together Looks Like

Principal-led work, scoped before it starts.

ISA works in three shapes: a tailored advisory relationship with a senior leader, a scoped organizational project with a defined question and deliverables, or individual and employer-sponsored development for one person or a leadership team.

Objectives, scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed before any paid work begins. You will know what you are buying, what ISA will produce, and how progress will be judged.

After you inquire, ISA personally reviews the situation and generally responds within two business days, usually with a short conversation about the decision in front of you, and a straight answer on whether ISA is the right fit.

05 · Next Step

What’s on your agenda?

Whether you’re navigating a consequential decision, leading organizational change, or developing your leadership capabilities, ISA welcomes a conversation about what matters most.
