Signature presentations
Three sessions ISA is asked for most often. Each is adapted to the audience, the moment, and what you want people to do differently afterward.
When Leaders Agree but Organizations Don’t Move
Why an executive team can reach full agreement in the room and still watch nothing change, and what closes the gap between a decision and the work that follows it.
Ideal audience
Executive teams, senior leadership groups, and boards navigating a change that has stalled.
What the audience takes away
- How to tell the difference between agreement and genuine alignment
- Where a decision loses its momentum between the meeting and the work
- What to put in place so a decision survives contact with the organization
The Decisions We Delay: Leading When the Stakes Are High
What postponement costs an organization, and how leaders build a process for deciding well when the information is incomplete and the stakes are real.
Ideal audience
Senior executives, public-sector leaders, and governing bodies facing a decision that cannot be deferred indefinitely.
What the audience takes away
- Why consequential decisions stall, and what the delay costs
- A practical way to weigh competing options with incomplete information
- How to decide, explain the decision, and hold it under scrutiny
Trust, Leadership, and the Work That Happens After the Meeting
How institutional trust erodes before results ever show it, and what actually rebuilds it once it has broken.
Ideal audience
Leadership teams, organizational development leaders, and associations whose members are working through change.
What the audience takes away
- The early signals that trust is eroding, before performance reflects it
- What rebuilds credibility, and what quietly makes it worse
- How leaders hold trust through a difficult decision or transition
